Pokitomas started as a new poké and sushi restaurant, built from the ground up. Working closely with the owners, we developed a branding strategy that would easily communicate the fresh quality of this quick-service seafood-based eatery. Pokitomas took advantage of our complete maintenance program to ensure consistent new designs and updates to continuously strengthen their brand.
